I love this stuff so much!! Ive been using it for about 2 weeks now, you definitely feel the energy and the itch within literally probably 10 minutes after you drink it if that. Its improved my lifting and pumps so much plus my recovery time.. havent hurt at all after a workout and can just go right back the next day. Also the flavor is amazing its like that cotton candy like blue raspberry. No complaints AT ALL.
