Protein Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your non-stick skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray or use butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of batter on to the preheated pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve pancakes with toppings of your choice.
