Protein Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and then line the bottom with baking paper.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together
  3. Pour into prepared pan and smooth out the top
  4. Bake for 40 minutes (do not open the oven door!)
  5. Turn off the oven and leave your bread to bake for an additional five minutes.
  6. Check your bread. If it is still soft in the middle, cover with tin foil and continue to bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Once done, let cool completely.
  8. Once cool, use a knife to go around the edge of the loaf to loosen the bread from the pan before gently inverting it onto a plate or serving board.
  9. Store in an airtight container. This bread is even better the next day, if you don’t eat it all right away 💀
